Packing and Testing
All of our equipment is packed professionally to avoid any damage during transit. Our medical & aesthetic machines must pass the quality control inspection prior to shipment.
Any externally visible damages to delivered packages must be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery. If the damage goes unnoticed until the merchandise is unpacked, please notify customer service at # +0086 18201528802 within 24 hours of receiving your product. Some orders require signature confirmation at the time of delivery.
When purchasing bulk quantities, please open each case to verify all individual machines arrived safely and undamaged. If you are unable to verify a safe shipment, make sure a representative can do so for you.

Carriers
We use DHL air shipping. Some oversized equipment like facial beds must be shipped via freight services. Shipping via a freight truck includes curbside delivery to commercial addresses. Such delivery also includes a free lift gate service, which means the driver will take the items off the truck for you.
